Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page with photos of the issue. No need to return the item — a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.

Lifetime Print Guarantee If your canvas shows signs of fading or print degradation over time, contact us with photos and we'll replace it. We stand behind the quality of our prints.

Order Cancellations As all items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through our contact page.
